XES produces runway fashion shows in venues from hotel ballrooms to open industrial spaces. The service covers runway and sightline design, lighting and music cues for each designer segment, backstage choreography and dresser teams, multi-designer running orders, and model casting and fittings coordinated with modelling agencies.
A fashion show is a very short, very unforgiving format — the runway timing, music cues and lighting states all have to land within seconds of each other, while an entire backstage of models, dressers and stylists works against a clock the audience never sees.
We design the runway geometry and sightlines first, then build backstage choreography around designer look-order changes, so a twelve-minute show on stage can rest on a backstage operation running with military precision.
