Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to plan and deliver your event.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with vendors, venues or production partners strictly as required to deliver the specific event you've engaged us for.
3. Event photography and media
As part of our production services, we photograph and film the events we produce, including guests, delegates and attendees present at the venue.
This material may be used in our portfolio, website, gallery and marketing materials unless a client has specifically requested otherwise in writing ahead of the event. Clients booking private functions such as weddings may request restricted use of event media as part of their service agreement.
