This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data you've shared with XES Event Management ('XES', 'we', 'us') — whether through our website enquiry form, email, phone, or WhatsApp, including our WhatsApp Business messaging.
2. Data we may hold about you
If you've messaged us on WhatsApp or submitted an enquiry, we may hold your name, phone number, email address, event details and the content of your conversation with us, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to hello@xesevents.in with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request', including the phone number or email address associated with your enquiry.
Alternatively, you can send us a WhatsApp message stating 'DELETE MY DATA' and we will process your request through the same channel.
4. What happens next
We will verify your request and delete or anonymise the personal data we hold about you within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, accounting or contractual reasons (for example, an active or completed event agreement).
You will receive a confirmation once your request has been processed.
