College Festivals
Multi-day campus fests — competitions, concerts and crowds of students, run safely at full energy.
What XES's college festivals service includes
XES partners with student organising committees to produce multi-day college festivals — competitions, pronite concerts and celebrity performances. The service covers concert-grade staging and sound, artist booking within the fest's budget, vendor management, and campus-specific crowd control, barricading and medical response agreed with the college administration.
College fests carry a specific challenge: enormous energy, tight budgets, student organising committees, and a campus that still has to function the next morning. We partner with the student core team rather than replace them, bringing professional production, safety planning and vendor management to match the ambition of the fest without losing its student character.
Competitions, pronite concerts and celebrity performances are scheduled across multiple days with crowd control and campus logistics planned specifically for a student audience.
