Celebrity Management
Artist booking, rider fulfilment and on-ground handling so a celebrity appearance runs without incident.
What XES's celebrity management service includes
XES manages celebrity and artist appearances at events, booking through verified artist management and booking agencies. The service covers negotiation and contracts, technical and hospitality rider fulfilment, a named handler from arrival to departure, and security, green-room access and press boundaries planned with venue security.
Bringing a well-known face into an event adds a layer most planners underestimate — riders, security, travel windows and a schedule that has to hold even when a flight doesn't. We manage the relationship end-to-end: booking negotiations, contract terms, technical and hospitality rider fulfilment, and a dedicated handling team from airport to stage to departure.
The goal is simple — the artist's only job on-site should be to perform. Everything else, from green-room requirements to press access boundaries, is agreed and resolved before they land.
